Why Maarif Schools?

Turkish Maarif Foundation, which has educational institutions in hundreds of different countries, draws its strength from its understanding of education that is sensitive to cultural diversity. 

With the Career Pursuit and Guidance System, it supports our students' career planning. It establishes facilities such as dormitories, hostels, and lodgings to meet the accommodation needs of the students and the personnel in educational institutions. Maarif International Schools opens educational institutions at pre-school, primary, secondary and higher education levels. It establishes facilities such as non-formal education courses, study centers and cultural centers. It also builds libraries, laboratories, arts and sports facilities, which are complementary elements of educational facilities. Creates publications for educational purposes. Organizes workshops, seminars, conferences and symposiums within the framework of education and training, and carries out various activities for students and teachers. 

We bring together local curriculum and universal values Our educational program is based on the national curriculum, fully aligned with the standards and requirements set by the Ministry of Education. This provides a significant advantage, as students receive a strong academic foundation that is recognized both nationally and internationally. In addition, the curriculum is enriched with modern teaching methodologies and international standards, allowing students to be competitive on a global level. 

From Grade 5 to the third year of secondary school, students study the subject STEAM, which integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics—encouraging critical thinking and innovation. Furthermore, the subject Informatics, as outlined in the curriculum, includes an extended number of hours in IT and robotics, equipping students with practical skills in line with the latest technological trends. 

Maarif Education Programs are systematically created in accordance with the principles of program development, taking into account the objectives, content, learning-teaching processes and assessment-evaluation techniques. Holistic programs are prepared by taking into account the development processes of people. In the prepared programs, it is based on the principle of holism to provide students with knowledge, skills and values in a balanced and effective way.
